ILS Press

A joint publication of the Centre for Islamic Knowledge and the Islamic Literary Society

Ihya’ Journal of Islamic Thought (“Ihya’”) is a joint publication of the Centre for Islamic Knowledge and the Islamic Literary Society. It is an international, interdisciplinary, open-access journal promoting research on topics relevant to Muslims worldwide. Each issue centers on a specific theme explored across disciplines. Ihya’ advances Islamic scholarship by supporting studies in Islamic sciences—such as law (fiqh), ḥadīth, exegesis, theology, and history—and by examining social, political, and intellectual developments in Muslim life. The journal welcomes submissions from researchers in Islamic Studies, History, Social Sciences, Law, Philosophy, and Education, as well as opinion pieces from practitioners and policymakers.
